Quality Standards

The Group’s policy towards quality is simple: To ensure continued, steady performance by means of building good relationships with new and existing clients, based on a quality-orientated approach. The company will ensure that clients are always pleased with results in terms of quality and value, wherever possible exceeding their expectations, by pursuing a policy of continual improvement of its processes and procedures.

Led by our Quality Manager we have 2 key documents in place to ensure that our quality standards are at the forefront of all our minds; our Quality Policy and Quality Manual.

Quality Policy

Delivered to all our employees as part of the induction process, our policy is continually enforced through comprehensive work reviews and updates, training sessions and toolbox talks.

Quality Manual

This contains the complete details of the Kendrick Construction Group Quality Management System, which is designed in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Standard. The Group will continually improve the effectiveness of this system and this will be an aspect considered in all management functions and reviewed at management review meetings along with consideration of customer feedback, audit reports, non-conformances and measurement of other objectives to ensure that all workmanship, practices and materials, are equal to or better than best practice.
