Kendrick Construction Limited which is made up of 2 separate divisions, Kendrick Building Solutions and Kendrick Special Projects which compliment and support each other in delivering responsive repairs and maintenance, renovation and new build projects.

Kendrick Building Solutions is the repairs and maintenance arm. They deliver emergency, routine and out of hours repairs across predominately public sector contracts. They also conduct planned and minor works for those clients including renovation of void social housing homes.
Kendrick Special Projects is the construction, refurbishment and renovation division. Kendrick Special Projects undertake projects with a value range up to £5,000,000.

Kendrick Homes Limited is the award winning home building arm of the Group, offering a range of high quality homes for all sectors including starter homes, luxury apartments and executive detached family homes.
